Refunds will be granted as follows:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or greater prior to arrival date: full refund.
- Cancellations notified between 7 and 29 days prior to arrival date: three nights’ deposit will be retained in full.
- Cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival date: three nights’ deposit will be retained in full; balance of entire booking will be charged to guest’s credit card.
- Partial stays/early check-out: guest will be charged for full booking.
- Deposits and/or bookings may not be transferred to a future date.
